Company Culture (definition, implementation)
What we did: Created clarity across the company about the operating principles that made it a successful business, aligned the leadership team on those principles and implemented the principles in everyday life of teams.
Mission - Vision - Values (workshops)
What we did: Set up a newly built organisation within a large corporation. Mapped its stakeholders' needs, defined roles and functions to respond to the needs efficiently and implemented a new structure in practice.
Talent management framework (implementation)
What we did: Piloted the chosen talent framework across several quarters in European branches of large organisation, introduced the concept via workshops, collected and analysed feedback, assisted leadership team in subsequent decisions.
New Organisation structure
What we did: Mapped stakeholders and their needs, revised existing structure (roles, job titles) against those needs, simplified the structure to speed up decision-making. Provided clarity to people about their career opportunities within the simplified structure.
New Onboarding process for new hires (design, delivery)
What we did: Designed highly engaging Onboarding training, shortened the time to onboard, boosted the cultural fit of new hires. Built in a support and mentoring for new hires and improved their performance from the start.
OKR implementation (communication, alignment across teams)
What we did: Led transition to goal setting by Objectives & Key Results framework. Piloted the concept and implemented quarterly improvements by teams and their management.
Employee Engagement (communication, action plans)
What we did: Introduced new metrics for engagement of the team members, communicated and sourced feedback, organised action planning with a high degree of involvement of all team members
Annual Summits / Conference (organisation, content design, 500+ people)
What we did: Across 3 consecutive years, organised content of the conference, delivered learning expriences tailored to people from around the world. Organised a hybrid and remote versions during pandemic restrictions.
