About me

My work at Booking.com brought me live in couple of very different countries and cultures. Over the decade there, I led teams and business, from very small ones to larger organisations of 100+ people. I combined that with the role of commercial trainer, designing and conducting trainings for people to get better at what they did, in a broad field of people-skills or their business competencies.

Later at Bolt, my work was in similar area, just a bit faster and dynamic, due to our early start-up culture there. I continued leading teams and business and moved on to Learning & development area later on. 

I started coaching managers in 2020, from start-up environment first, and later focused on supporting anyone who experiences challenges at work. 

Next to work, I study psychotherapy at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.
