About me

For over a decade at Booking.com, I led busines and teams, from very small ones to larger organisations of 100+ people. I also worked in role of commercial trainer, designing and conducting trainings in a broad field of people-skills or their business competencies.

Later at Bolt, my work was in similar area, just a bit faster and dynamic, due to our early start-up culture there. I continued leading teams and business and moved on to lead Learning & Development later on. 

I started coaching managers in 2020, mostly from start-up environment first, and later focused on supporting anyone who experiences challenges at work. 

Next to work, I study psychotherapy at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.
